This PR improves the model card by:

• Linking the model to its official paper: Dream-VL & Dream-VLA: Open Vision-Language and Vision-Language-Action Models with Diffusion Language Model Backbone.
• Adding the arxiv ID to the metadata.
• Specifying the base_model and datasets in the YAML metadata for better discoverability.
• Adding relevant tags such as diffusion to highlight the model architecture.
