Update model card: Add text-generation pipeline tag

This PR updates the model card for JPharmatron-7B by adding the pipeline_tag: text-generation to the metadata. This model is a causal language model with enhanced chat capabilities, making text-generation the appropriate pipeline for improved discoverability on the Hugging Face Hub.
All other existing information, including the paper link and GitHub repository, remains unchanged.
