What's original here: a Swin2SR super-resolution ensemble for downscaling ERA5 climate reanalysis data, layered with a physics-based anomaly correction step, an elevation lapse-rate adjustment, and a land-sea mask on top of the baseline single-model approach — served through a FastAPI backend with a live Leaflet.js map dashboard.
