This PR improves the model card by:

Adding the pipeline_tag: text-to-video to the metadata, making the model discoverable under this pipeline on the Hub.
Adding a direct link to the Hugging Face paper page: LongLive: Real-time Interactive Long Video Generation at the top of the main content for easy reference.
