Real-ESRGAN x4plus (RRDBNet, 23 blocks, 4x) curated as an Enclave sdcpp UPSCALER volume: one upscaler.safetensors, the generic component name the fleet's ENCLAVE_SD_UPSCALE_FILE env expects. The file's presence is what marks an upscaler volume; it must never appear inside a generation volume.

Conversion: image-generator/tools/convert_esrgan.py in the enclave-apps repo (torch-free restricted unpickler, numpy only, deterministic output: sorted keys, compact header, no metadata). Wrapper dict params_ema unwrapped to bare RRDBNet names.
Output: upscaler.safetensors, 702 tensors F32, sha256 d30241986d4f29502949e1b46558a8c2a42067605a78428229f758429c94dda4.
Rebuild: ./fetch-model.sh realesrgan-x4plus in enclave-apps/image-generator reproduces this file bit for bit.

License: BSD-3-Clause (the Real-ESRGAN license); weights by Xintao Wang et al., unmodified apart from the format conversion above.
