AS Computational Biology & Bioinformatician seeking solutions for BIological and medical problems to solve it with computers. I am a Bioinformatics and AI researcher with a Master’s in Bioinformatics and a Bachelor’s in Cellular and Molecular Biology. I have published papers and contributed to open-source projects in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing applied to genomics, proteomics, drug discovery, and biomedical text mining. I use Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Bioconductor, BioPython, Gensim, NLTK, and SpaCy. I also enjoy sports and fitness, and I was a winner swimmer and a professional volleyball player.
