FireRed-Image-Edit-1.1-ComfyUI: error "Disconnecting" when trying to run

I have added the FireRed-Image-Edit-1.1-ComfyUI json workflow and downloaded all the shown models. But when I try to run it, I always get the "Disconnecting" error. This seems to happen (but not 100% sure) when "Load Diffusion Model" node is supposed to load.
Other image creation (but not editing) workflows run fine on my PC.
Win10, 48GB RAM, Radeon RX 9070 XT with 16GB VRAM. Is there something I can try and change maybe?
