Improve model card: add pipeline tag, paper link, and sample usage

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team.
I've improved this model card by:
- Adding the
pipeline_tag: automatic-speech-recognitionto the metadata to improve discoverability. - Linking the research paper and listing the authors.
- Adding a "Sample Usage" section with a Python snippet derived from your official documentation to help users get started quickly.
- Including a brief performance summary and the official citation.
