Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team.

This pull request improves the model card for FireRedVAD by:

1. Adding pipeline_tag: voice-activity-detection to the YAML metadata to improve model discoverability.
2. Linking the model to its official research paper: FireRedASR2S: A State-of-the-Art Industrial-Grade All-in-One Automatic Speech Recognition System.
3. Adding a citation section with the appropriate BibTeX entry.
