This PR enhances the model card by:

• Adding the pipeline_tag: text-generation to the metadata for better discoverability of this language model on the Hugging Face Hub.
• Including descriptive tags (e.g., agent, web-search, tool-use, information-retrieval, report-generation, qwen, RAG) to provide more detailed categorization.
• Adding explicit links to the paper, GitHub repository, and project page at the top of the model card for quick access. This includes:
  • Paper: Fathom-DeepResearch: Unlocking Long Horizon Information Retrieval and Synthesis for SLMs
  • Code: FractalAIResearchLabs/Fathom-DeepResearch
