What is the difference between this model and the 72B model (besides the obvious that the 72B model is bigger)?

The key difference between 70B and 72B is their language support. The 70B model is designed specifically for English, whereas the 72B model includes support for Chinese.
How do I test the 70B , any API to test and get result? As I do not have setup to deploy and test the model?
