Add pipeline tag and link to paper page

Hi! I'm Niels, part of the community science team at Hugging Face.
This PR adds the pipeline_tag: any-to-any to the model's metadata to help users discover it more easily on the Hub. I've also added a link to the paper page for Speed by Simplicity: A Single-Stream Architecture for Fast Audio-Video Generative Foundation Model at the beginning of the model card.
