unauthorized redistribution
Hi GitMylo,
I noticed that you redistribute my model as re-quanted version, without credit and without my permission.
That is not only a bad move, it is against the permission I set on civitai.
I will now kindly ask you to remove this. Or I may consider reporting you in first instance.

It is like the rogue quant of gguf's an other guy made, the quality is absolute trash in comparison... But well stealing without any credit is the way to go for some.
There is no way to get the same quality, because with that dequant and requant of my model, loosing significant quality and understanding.
Just make the same video with fixed settings and you will see ... All what this does is destroying my model's quality and reputation...
I have deleted the models. Apologies for the inconvenience, it was not my intention to cause harm.
If you can, would you make official nvfp4 quants at some point? I think a lot of people would really appreciate it.

Maybe we can cooperate and find a optimized solution to make the quant, than I will happily release one.
For the weights themselves, my script works, although it doesn't use input scales.
In theory your fp8_scaled input scales are already amax / 448 (e4m3 max). Not sure what you used for the fp8 scaled quantization, if you still have the amax you could use that, otherwise you could take a shortcut and multiply the input_scale with 448.
Afterwards, divide the amax value by 6 (e2m1 max), that should theoretically be the optimal input scale value for nvfp4, I do recommend testing though as I'm not 100% sure.
Side note, make sure you're on up-to-date ComfyUI, since the start of the year nvfp4 support has improved a lot, some models like chroma were completely broken in nvfp4 at the start, but got a lot better, using the same checkpoint files.
