e3a6f2dec6800733f97c87ff55822f32c405983a.
The host build uses LiteRT 2.1.6, Python 3.12.13, and the official LiteRT
speech conversion sample at commit
67e97514d81d158b8e95eff146bc5a880cd6d172.
Each artifact is valid only for its named target SoC and requires the matching LiteRT vendor runtime on Android.
