Improve model card

This PR improves the model card for VeraRetouch. It adds the appropriate image-to-image pipeline tag to the metadata and populates the README with links to the paper, project page, and code. It also provides installation steps and sample usage instructions for the different inference modes (Auto, Style, and Param) based on the official GitHub documentation.
