Update model card with paper info, links and sample usage

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face team. This PR aims to improve the model card by:
- Adding links to the paper AudioX: A Unified Framework for Anything-to-Audio Generation, the project page, and the official GitHub repository.
- Including a sample usage section for programmatic inference based on the official implementation.
- Adding relevant tags for audio and music generation.
