Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team.

This PR improves the model card for the DRPG Planner by:

• Adding the pipeline_tag: text-generation metadata.
• Linking the model to its associated paper: DRPG (Decompose, Retrieve, Plan, Generate): An Agentic Framework for Academic Rebuttal.
• Providing a description of the DRPG framework and the planner's specific role.
• Adding a citation for the research.
