Add missing metadata and link to paper

This PR adds the missing pipeline_tag, library_name, and license to the YAML metadata. It also links the model card to the paper on the Hugging Face website, and adds the Github link from the project's README. The pipeline_tag is set to image-text-to-text because the model takes both image and text as input and produces text as output.
