MiniCPM4-0.5B

This repository is an upstream-reference entry for openbmb/MiniCPM4-0.5B.

It does not contain model weights or an RKLLM conversion. For Rockchip deployment, use the converted artifacts in HanzoHuang/MiniCPM4-0.5B-RKLLM, which are LLM-only .rkllm binaries for RK3576 and RK3588.

This upstream-reference repository itself contains no converted artifact.
