Compute stat to train pi0 Openpi with fractal dataset

I am trying to finetune pi0 base model on fratal dataset. However, it takes nearly 3000 hours to compute stats. How to accelerate it?
Can you share me your norm_stats.json file of fractal dataset? I will very appreciate that!
