Pharmacoinformatics – Hauser Group

The Hauser Group is a computational genomics lab at the University of Copenhagen (SUND). We develop machine learning methods for large-scale biobank analysis with a focus on pleiotropic GPCR–phenotype associations. This organization hosts pretrained molecular language models and associated datasets.
