Re-host of pre-converted ONNX weights used by the PhotoManager restoration window, mirrored here so the in-app downloader can fetch them without bouncing through Google Drive's confirm-token flow.

Both files are vanilla DDColor exports (Lab a/b output, source's L preserved at full resolution). See the upstream papers for licence terms — this mirror preserves the original Apache-2.0 (PhotoManager) / CC-BY-NC (DDColor) licence of the underlying model weights; downstream users should respect both.
