This PR enhances the model card for VAREdit by:

• Updating the pipeline_tag from any-to-any to image-to-image, ensuring the model is discoverable under the correct task category on the Hub (https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=image-to-image).
• Adding library_name: transformers to enable the automated "Use in Transformers" widget, providing users with a direct code snippet to load and use the model, as the model's configuration files indicate transformers compatibility.
• Adding a prominent link to the official Hugging Face paper page (Visual Autoregressive Modeling for Instruction-Guided Image Editing) at the top of the README, and updating the main title to be more descriptive.
