Add pipeline tag, paper and code links

This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding the
pipeline_tag: image-classification, making the model discoverable on the Hub for image detection tasks. - Linking directly to the associated paper: Is Artificial Intelligence Generated Image Detection a Solved Problem?.
- Providing a direct link to the GitHub repository: https://github.com/HorizonTEL/AIGIBench, making it easier for users to find the associated code and dataset information.
