Question about releasing the evaluation datasets for Carbon-X
Hi Carbon-X team,
Thank you for releasing Carbon-X and sharing the evaluation results.
I would like to independently reproduce the five benchmark scores reported in the model card. Could you please share the dataset links or clarify how to access the exact evaluation sets used?
In particular, I am looking for:
GenomeQA: The exact 2,600-question evaluation subset and its labels.
NextBase: The 600 test sequences, reference continuations, and evaluation procedure.
FrontierVEP: The 1,000 test examples, including variant definitions and ground-truth labels.
Evaluation code: The prompts, inference settings, scoring scripts, and instructions needed to reproduce the reported results.
Are these resources available in another repository or dataset page? If they are not currently public, do you plan to release them?
I am particularly interested in independently verifying the results and understanding how the evaluation sets were constructed.
Thank you for your time and for sharing your work!
Hi thank you! We'll release everything in the upcoming weeks
