Small documentation fixes:

"available in three size" -> "three sizes"
link text "alignement handbook" -> "alignment handbook" (URL was already correct)
Table of Contents anchors used double-hash (](##model-summary)) which don't resolve; changed to single-hash (](#model-summary)).

No content changes beyond these fixes.
