Add library_name, pipeline_tag, and links to paper and code

This PR improves the model card by adding the library_name and pipeline_tag metadata. It also adds links to the research paper OmniSapiens: A Foundation Model for Social Behavior Processing via Heterogeneity-Aware Relative Policy Optimization and the official code repository.
