External Validation of an Automated Model for the Extraction of Brain Amino Acid PET Parameters: Application to [18F]F-FDOPA PET

Trained, validated and tested on a multicentric european dataset of 636 static [18F]F-FDOPA PET scans. Model was trained using a modified nnU-Net pipeline (see github). Using default nnU-Net will give different results due to changes in the preprocessing and postprocessing. For more information, please see the paper (once published)
