Improve model card and add robotics pipeline tag

This PR improves the model card for MVP-LAM. It adds the robotics pipeline tag to the metadata to ensure the model is correctly categorized on the Hugging Face Hub. It also adds links to the research paper, project page, and official GitHub repository, along with a summary of the model's highlights and the appropriate citation.
