Improve model card metadata and add project links

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team.

This PR improves the model card by:

Adding pipeline_tag: text-generation and library_name: transformers to the metadata to enable Hub features like the "Use in Transformers" button.
Including a link to the official project page and paper.
Adding relevant tags for mathematical reasoning and synthetic data generation.
