This PR adds a model card by linking it to the paper Less is More: Modality-Decoupling for General AIGC Audio-Video Detection.
It also adds a relevant pipeline tag, ensuring the model can be found at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=video-classification.
It also adds a link to the Github repository.
