Add model card and metadata

This PR improves the model card by adding relevant metadata and links:
- Adds the
pipeline_tag: text-to-imagefor better discoverability. - Links to the paper Enhanced Text-to-Image Generation by Fine-grained Multimodal Reasoning.
- Links to the official GitHub repository.
- Adds a brief description of the FiMR framework and the BibTeX citation.
