Could not detect model type

I copied over the two JSON files and the checkpoint, I get the following error:
ERROR: Could not detect model type of: ComfyUI_Windows_portable\ComfyUI\models\checkpoints\t5xxl-unchained-f8.safetensors
This isn't a checkpoint/model, it's a T5 encoder and goes in the ComfyUI/models/clip folder.
