Add pipeline tag and links to paper/repository/project page

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team. I've improved the model card for LEAP by:
- Adding the
image-classificationpipeline tag to the metadata for better discoverability. - Linking the model card to the research paper, the official GitHub repository, and the project page.
- Organizing the description to provide a clearer overview of the distillation method.
This should help users find, understand, and cite your work more effectively!
