Pixellated Generation with InfiniteTalk Template

Bit of a broad one here, but for some reason, while Infinitetalk was working fine for me before, I'm now getting immediately pixellated results from the first step. Any idea what could be causing this?
I'm using the KJ fp8 scaled WAN 2.1 I2V 720 model, the Infinitetalk Single model fp8 from this repo, I've tried both the BF16 and FP8 (non scaled) WAN 2.1 VAE files from this repo, and I'm using the standard wav2vec Chinese file... Can't see anything that could be causing it, unless it's some deeper dependency issue?
Okay, it seems I've changed something and it is now fixed. Wish I knew what it was that I changed... but the important thing is it is working again 🤣
