Add pipeline tag and library name

This PR ensures the model can be found at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=question-answering, which allows users to infer
on questions given a text. It also links to the paper at https://huggingface.co/papers/2502.11275 and ensures the presence of the library_name, enabling the "how to use" button on the top right of the model page.
