Add model card and paper information

This PR improves the model card for UniTemp by adding:
- The
pipeline_tag: text-to-videofor better discoverability. - Links to the paper, project page, and official GitHub repository.
- Basic usage instructions for forward, backward, and in-between generation based on the official implementation.
