Could it be possible to release the model with Apache or MIT-license or does the copying of llama-architecture force it to inherit the same license?
It was created from Llama 3.1 8B (taking the weights and doing continued pre-training on it) so I doubt they can but I'm not sure if there's any legal precedent on how these licenses actually work on model weights.
