Add pipeline tag and citation to model card

Hi! I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face. This PR improves the model card for SVI-Bench by adding the video-text-to-text pipeline tag to the metadata, which helps users discover the model when filtering by task on the Hub. I've also added the official BibTeX citation and organized the resource links for better accessibility.
