Access reject: institutional e-mail

Dear authors,
Thank you for sharing your work results with the community. A few days ago, I asked for an access to your model, in order to use it for academic research purpose (I am a 3rd year PhD student at Centrale Lille, France). This request was rejected, probably because my account principal address was a personal one and not institutional. I've made the appropriates changes regarding this issue.
Could you please reconsider my access request ?
