Assistance needed regarding rejected access request

Hello!
I applied for access but was rejected (likely) due to a mismatch between my primary email and my affiliation. I have corrected this setting in my profile, but I am unable to resubmit the form through the UI.
Would it be possible for you to approve my access manually? @fedshyvana @bowen118
