"AI's future lies in a future where we can create robots that will help us solve problems and even solve problems that humans face," said Jim Prentice, head of the AI Laboratory at Princeton University. "We are already trying to find ways to build automated robots that will replace humans and help us tackle the problems we face today."
The team is already working on a prototype of a humanoid robot called the "Owl" that could be used to replace humans in the workplace, but it has not yet been approved for testing.
