I found this was based on the CIHP dataset.
They define 19 categories, but the order is not the same : hat, hair, sunglasses, upper-clothes, dress, coat, socks, pants, gloves, scarf, skirt, torso-skin, face, right_arm, left_arm, right_leg, left_leg, right_shoe and left_shoe
So what @changry wrote makes sense
