PureCipher Defense-Aware Autonomous Model (DAAM) & Model Trainer

Executive Summary

Pure Cipher Inc. the development of advanced cybersecurity systems, including OmniSeal, hybrid LLM security, and Artificial Immune System (AIS) prototypes.

Project Overview

The DAAM (Defense-Aware Autonomous Model) Trainer is a comprehensive platform for developing, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models and security modules for advanced cyber defense. The system is designed to:

  • Detect vulnerabilities
  • Analyze logs and code for threats
  • Recommend security best practices
  • Simulate and defend against cyberattacks
  • Assist in incident response and security automation
  • Integrate with cryptographic and anomaly detection modules

Objectives & Deliverables

  • Technical Documentation & SBIR Reporting: Complete documentation package with diagrams and architecture write-ups
  • Artificial Immune System (AIS) Framework: Anomaly detection with Negative Selection Algorithm
  • LLM-Powered Exploit Simulation: Proprietary AuRA 1.5 foundation model for vulnerability modeling
  • Hybrid OmniSeal System: AES-256-GCM + dual hash integrity tracking

All components are delivered as production-ready modules with CLI and API interfaces for seamless integration into PureCipher's systems.

Technical Architecture

The integrated solution employs state-of-the-art encryption methodologies, including AES-256-GCM combined with SHA3-512 and BLAKE3 hashing algorithms, ensuring both current and quantum-resilient protection mechanisms. The proprietary AuRA 1.5 foundation model is developed specifically for cybersecurity applications, offering significant advantages for exploit simulation. The AIS framework implements biologically-inspired defense mechanisms that adapt to emerging threats.

Development Timeline & Milestones

Week Deliverable
1 Core AES-GCM encryption module with SHA3-512/BLAKE3 hash integration
2 Merkle tree logic and Proof-of-Seal JSON API framework
3 LLM fine-tuning procedures and red-team output interface development
4 AIS Negative Selection Algorithm core module programming and initial testing
5 System hardening and optional SPHINCS+ quantum-resistant signature implementation
6 Technical diagrams, final documentation, and comprehensive test validation

DAAM Model Trainer (Extra Deliverable): A specialized software tool for training and fine-tuning the DAAM model, created and provided by SELF Labs Inc. for PureCipher, Inc.

All deliverables are production-grade, fully functional implementations. The system architecture incorporates AI safety and post-quantum resilience as fundamental design elements.

Dataset Creation

  • Custom-built to cover a wide range of cybersecurity scenarios:
    • Web application security (SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, etc.)
    • Network security (DDoS, brute-force, lateral movement)
    • Cloud security (S3 misconfigurations, IAM issues)
    • Container and IoT security
    • Social engineering, phishing, insider threats
    • Malware, ransomware, privilege escalation
  • Each example is a JSON object with instruction, input, and output fields.
  • The dataset is iteratively expanded and validated for diversity and realism.

Training & Usage

  • Framework: DAAM Model Trainer (Python-based, CLI & API)
  • Base Model: Proprietary AuRA 1.5 or compatible LLMs
  • Finetuning Method: LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) or custom
  • Training Steps:
    1. Install requirements (see below)
    2. Prepare dataset in data/ directory (e.g., daam_train_en.json)
    3. Configure training parameters (language, epochs, batch size, learning rate, cutoff length, compute type)
    4. Validate dataset for JSON errors and structure
    5. Start training via CLI or API
    6. Monitor logs for errors and resolve as needed

Requirements

  • Python 3.10+
  • DAAM Model Trainer and dependencies (see requirements.txt)
  • Sufficient disk space for model downloads and training
  • GPU with at least 8GB VRAM recommended

Inference & Integration

  • Load the fine-tuned model using the DAAM Model Trainer or compatible inference engine
  • Provide prompts in the format:
    • instruction: The security task/question
    • input: The code, log, or scenario
  • The model outputs a security analysis, recommendation, or detection
  • Use CLI or API for integration with other systems

Troubleshooting

  • Dataset not showing up: Ensure .json extension, valid JSON array, and correct directory
  • Disk space errors: Clear cache or set environment variable to a larger drive
  • bf16 errors: Use fp16 if your GPU does not support bf16
  • JSON errors: Validate with python -m json.tool data/daam_train_en.json

Partnership Summary

  • Tamper-Proof Data Integrity: Hybrid OmniSeal layer ensures both conventional and quantum-safe protection against unauthorized data manipulation
  • Advanced Threat Simulation: Proprietary LLM engine enables sophisticated cyber exploit modeling for proactive vulnerability detection
  • Adaptive Defense Systems: AIS framework implements bio-inspired defense mechanisms that adapt to emerging threats

This partnership positions PureCipher to deliver comprehensive objectives with integrated LLM, security, and immune system components developed by SELF Labs. The fixed-fee engagement model ensures predictable costs while delivering production-grade components ready for immediate implementation.
