Add pipeline tag and repository links

This PR improves the model card by adding the text-generation pipeline tag to the metadata, making the model more discoverable on the Hub. It also adds direct links to the research paper "Parallel Test-Time Scaling for Latent Reasoning Models" and the official GitHub repository to provide users with the necessary context and source code for inference.
