Add library_name and improve model card

Hi! I'm Niels, part of the community science team at Hugging Face.

I'm opening this PR to improve the model card for this repository:

Added library_name: transformers to the metadata to enable the "Use in Transformers" button and better categorization.
Fixed the broken paper link in the header.
Added a citation section using the BibTeX from the paper.
Added descriptive context about the model's role as an auxiliary regression predictor for AAV capsid engineering.
