Add library_name and improve model card

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team. I've opened this PR to improve the documentation and discoverability of your model:

Added library_name: transformers to the YAML metadata. This enables the "Use in Transformers" button and correctly identifies the model framework.
Fixed the empty link to the paper in the README.
Added a more detailed description of the model's role within the AAVGen framework.
Added the BibTeX citation from your paper.
