Router model files

domain_router_hybrid_v2.joblib is the active supervised domain router.
domain_router_hybrid_v2_metrics.json records its grouped holdout results.
intent_embedder/ is the local sentence-transformer used at runtime.

The joblib file contains Python objects and must only be loaded from this trusted build pipeline. Do not replace it with an untrusted download. Model preparation, training and comparison tools live in ../../gateway_development_archive_20260909/.
