undercooked ingredients

Upon further testing for Psychosis (the successor of Smilodon), the following finetunes exhibited nearly identical output to their base models and are being removed from future versions:
- Sugarquill
- Psy10-Mental_Health
- Gutenberg-Doppel-9B
These models seem to have been undercooked and do not add enough 'flavor' to the final merge to justify keeping.
This is relevant because Psychosis emphasizes "overcooked" models with erratic attributes.
