Nice Thoughts Ranch is an independent game studio building original, character-driven games with hand-tuned AI tooling — every model, dataset, and app published here is our own work, made for our games and shared for others to build on.

• Models — checkpoints and adapters we train ourselves for our art and animation pipelines.
• Datasets — the corpora behind them: character art, animation, and evaluation data from our small-model research line.
• Apps — playable demos and tools from our games, running as Spaces.
